Meet Adriana! She is originally from Holly Springs, North Carolina. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UNC-Charlotte in 2020, she moved to California to chase her dream of becoming a chiropractor. But before that, she discovered her love for rugby during her college days and honed her skills on the field with the school's club team.
During her time in Charlotte, Adriana gained a lot of insight through her sports chiropractic internship. There, she got hands-on experience using different techniques to help athletes recover and perform their best, working with everyone from basketball stars to NASCAR drivers.
Fast forward to 2023, and Adriana proudly walked across the stage at Life West Chiropractic College with cum laude honors. But her learning didn't stop there. During her clinical hours, she continued to work with various patients, from neurodivergent kids to expectant mothers, gaining invaluable experience along the way.
Now settled in the Bay Area with her husband and bubbly two-year-old daughter, Adriana is on a mission to spread her passion for health and wellness. When she's not adjusting spines or leading stretching sessions as a NASM certified personal trainer, you'll find her exploring the beauty of Northern California on hikes, enjoying music, and finding new DIY projects to do. Need some relief or care? Don't hesitate to reach out to Adriana – she's here to help you feel your best!
